.facts live-stream provenance format registered with IANA

The .facts format (application/vnd.blockfact.facts) is now registered with IANA, joining BlockFact's photo (.facti), audio (.facta) and video (.factv) formats as officially recognized media types.

.facts brings provenance to live broadcast and streaming workflows: content can carry proof of origin at the point of transmission, and because the provenance travels with the content, it can also carry the rights and attribution information that streaming businesses depend on.

With four registered media types across photo, audio, video and live streams, BlockFact's open format family now spans the full range of professional media.
