1. Overview

BlockFact enables users to capture, encrypt, and register digital media files on the StarkNet blockchain. Media is embedded with metadata, optionally verified with zero-knowledge proofs (ZKPs), and stored securely using vector search technologies.

2. User Accounts

You must create an account using a Web3 wallet. This generates a StarkNet address, which is used to interact with the Platform. You are responsible for securing your wallet and any associated private keys.

3. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
• Interfere with the integrity of the system or its data
• Use automated tools to disrupt Platform operations

4. Payments and FACT Token

BlockFact uses the FACT utility token for registering content to the blockchain. You maintain full custody of your token wallet. BlockFact is not a financial advisor and makes no guarantees regarding the value or future performance of the token.

5. Content Ownership and Responsibility

You retain ownership of your media. BlockFact does not publish, moderate, or distribute content. You are solely responsible for the legality and authenticity of content you upload or register.

6. Modifications and Termination

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of U.S. courts.
